With 27 years’ experience in the automotive industry, my robotic programming is of Exceptional good quality and extraordinary skills in mastering welding problems.

I am currently experimenting with super-thin materials (0.6mm up to 3.5mm) and also self-teaching in welding exotic materials such as Inconel.

Experience with ABB, Panasonic, Fanuc, Motoman Yaskawa, Fronius, SKS welding systems and IPG Laser technology.

CQI activities

Welding downtime reduction; verification of welder qualification and associated documentation; WPS and PQR, etc as per client specifications, process improvement, cost reduction projects, process layout, operator training, generate NCR’s for substandard work and follow up the closure of same; Generate reports for every final inspection conducted. Involve and escalate issues or bottlenecks which may risk project timelines to Quality; review welding jigs and tools with design team and suppliers; responsible for planned maintenance for all welding equipment; review and update welding standards according to customer specifications; responsible for training and evaluating repair welders; daily reporting of welding downtime and tracking thereof; responsible for updating the training of robot programmers on new robot technology and welding equipment; responsible for performance review of Weld technicians and the Disciplinary of weld technicians and robot programmers.
